Allen Bittaker Allen Bittaker Coach CrossFit Level 1 Certified CrossFit Judges Course (2013/2014) B.S. Science of Human Nutrition I started CrossFit about a year and a half ago. I have always been interested in “cross training” and deemed it as the most effective training techniques as far as conditioning, body composition and time efficiency. After high school sports (football and wrestling), I was your typical gym rat who loved to push weights but was always looking for the “intensity factor”. I definitely got a taste of that intensity during a bootcamp course I took at the end of my undergrad which was ran by a CrossFit instructor. After that I decided I was ready to give CrossFit a try! After getting a job working as a rehab technician at a wellness clinic which was connected to a CrossFit Gym, I decided to get certified to coach! The combination of working with people in the rehab clinic and coaching others in the gym gave me a unique perception and appreciation for functional movement. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Chiropractics and am excited to teach, motivate and inspire others to become stronger individuals!

Alright FNL Athletes!! Here's how tomorrow is going to work. Without a time cap on this workout, it's hard to know heat times. So, the first heat will start at 5:30 like normal. Then I will put people in designated heats, but without a specific start time. My guess is that each heat will take around 20 minutes so you can keep that in mind. But please understand that start times will not be posted or definite!! So, who NEEDS to be in a "later" or "earlier" heat? Or who will not be there at all?
